  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 4 Viktor fish fillets (about 140 g each)
  • 800 g swiss chard
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • light soy sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

    Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and cut into small pieces with scissors.

    Wash, pat dry, and cube the fish fillets. Wash, trim, and slice the Swiss chard into strips. Wash, halve, trim, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Peel the onion and garlic clove.
