Vegetarian Stuffed Bread Rolls

With the stuffed bread rolls from Spoonsparrow it is possible to have a hearty and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 60 g ripe Camembert
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 whole grain rolls
  • 4 salad leaves
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices whole grain crispbread
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Sea salt
  • 80 g Emmental

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rosettes. Peel the radishes and slice them thinly. Mash the Camembert and butter with a fork and fold in the chives.

    Cut the rolls crosswise, spread the cheese cream evenly on each half and top with radish slices.

  3. 3.

    Wash the salad leaves, spin dry and cut into strips. Wash the chives again, shake dry and cut into rosettes.

    Spread sour cream on the crispbread slices, season lightly with pepper and salt. Top with salad strips, tomato slices and Emmental. Sprinkle the chive rosettes over the top.
