Various Antipasti

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (green and yellow)
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g mini mozzarella balls
- 300 g mushrooms (e.g., portobello or chestnut)
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Basil
Instructions

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean them, and cut into wide strips. Wash the tomatoes and let them drain well. Drain the mozzarella as well. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Sauté the bell pepper strips and mushrooms separately in 2-3 tablespoons of hot oil for about 4 minutes each. Remove from heat and deglaze with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, then let cool. Mix 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and fold in the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve the dish arranged with the bell peppers and mushrooms on a plate.
