Vegetarian Döner Plate

Ingredients
- 1 cooking bag Davert (Basmati rice)
- 1 pack Davert (Veggie Döner)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 0.25 iceberg lettuce
- 0.25 red cabbage
- 1 small red onion
- 1 handful parsley
- 0.5 garlic clove
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Prepare the basmati rice and veggie döner according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, peel, wash and slice cucumber thinly. Peel, wash and dice tomato. Wash iceberg lettuce and red cabbage, then cut into thin strips or shave them. Peel onion and slice finely. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop.

Peel garlic, finely mince or press it and mix with yogurt and olive oil. Squeeze lemon juice and season the yogurt mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place rice in two bowls, arrange iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and veggie döner in a circular pattern on top. Put yogurt in the center and sprinkle parsley over the vegetarian döner plate.
