Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 200 g peas
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 400 g Quorn mince
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salt
- a pinch sugar
- Pepper
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, peas, oregano, and Quorn; simmer gently for about 10 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed.

Cook the pasta in salted water to al dente.

Season the bolognese with salt, sugar, and pepper. Toss the drained tagliatelle with the sauce and serve on plates, garnished with basil.
