Ingredients

  • 150 g buckwheat
  • 300 ml instant vegetable broth
  • 1 bundle carrots and spring onions each
  • 375 g quark
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • salt, pepper from the mill
  • 30 g Butter

Instructions

    Add buckwheat to boiling broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Let stand off heat for 30 minutes to absorb liquid.

    Clean, peel carrots and steam in a little water for 12-15 minutes. Wash spring onions and cut into 1–2 cm pieces. Mix quark with milk and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

    Melt butter and toss the prepared vegetables in it. Plate everything together.
