Ingredients

  • 1.5 bell peppers
  • 250 g corn
  • A handful of watercress
  • 120 g grated Gouda cheese
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 wraps (ready‑made)

Instructions

    Clean the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes.

  2. 2.

    Drain the corn and finely chop half of it. Wash the watercress and shake dry.

  3. 3.

    Mix everything with the grated cheese and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the mixture on the wraps and roll them up.
