Ingredients
- 1.5 kg mixed raw vegetables
- juice and zest of one lemon
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 small cans tuna (natural, about 80 g each)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes

Drain the tuna for the dip, then roughly blend with crème fraîche and lemon juice.

Wash the bell pepper, deseed, remove all white membranes, and dice finely. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, deseed, and dice similarly. Stir the diced pepper and tomatoes into the sauce along with parsley. Season with lemon zest, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust. Serve the tuna‑sauce dip with raw vegetables as a crunchy snack.
