- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 30 g freshly chopped herbs (e.g., dill, chives, parsley)

Clean, wash, and if necessary peel the vegetables. Then cut them into bite‑size sticks.

For the dip whisk the low‑fat quark with the yogurt until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs and serve together with the vegetable sticks.
