Ingredients
- 500 g white cabbage
- 500 g rutabaga
- 800 g pork neck
- 2 onions
- 2 stalks leeks
- butter (for sautéing)
- 1.5 l meat broth
- 4 juniper berries
- a pinch coriander
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 200 g potatoes (mostly waxy)
- 4 pieces raw sausage (e.g., raw Polnische, Pfefferbeißer)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean the white cabbage and rutabaga and cut them into small cubes.

Coarsely cube the pork and mix it in.

Peel and finely dice the onions.

Wash the leeks and slice them into rings.

Heat some butter and sauté the leeks and onions, then pour in the meat broth. Add the cabbage mixture, herbs, salt, and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat for 50-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and cube the potatoes, add them to the pot, and simmer for another 20-30 minutes. Add the raw sausages, cover with vegetables, and warm through.
