Ingredients
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 packs herb quark
- 3 eggs
- 100 g shredded gouda
- 6 tbsp whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- butter (for the pan)
Instructions

Let the puff pastry thaw. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and halve them.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the zucchini and cut into thick slices.

Whisk together herb quark, eggs, cheese and cream; season with salt and pepper.

Grease the baking dish. Roll out the puff pastry, lay it in the dish, form a rim and prick the bottom several times with a fork.

Layer alternating strips of tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini, spread the quark mixture over them and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes until golden yellow.
