- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 Zucchini
- 100 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated Gouda
- 200 g whipping cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- butter (for the pan)
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Let the puff pastry thaw. Wash and pat dry the tomatoes, then halve them. Wash the zucchini and slice into rounds. Mix quark with eggs, cheese and cream, season with salt and pepper.

Grease the baking tin. Roll out the puff pastry, lay it in the tin, form a rim and prick the bottom several times with a fork.

Layer the zucchini slices fan‑shaped and place the tomato halves cut side down on top of them.

Pour the quark‑cream mixture over everything and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden yellow. Serve immediately garnished with basil leaves.
