Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp bourbon vanilla sugar
- 200 g tofu
- 250 ml unsweetened soy drink (soy milk)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Wash, clean, and roughly chop the strawberries. Combine 2/3 of them with sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender and puree finely.

Drain the tofu well, chop it slightly, add to the mixture, pour in the soy drink, and blend vigorously again. Finally stir in the oil, add the remaining sliced strawberries, and distribute the cream into four glasses.
