The vegan plum crumble by Spoonsparrow can be easily varied and is always a delicious dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg plums
  • 170 g kamut flour
  • 120 g vegan butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g whole grain sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp toasted almond kernels (10 g each)

Instructions

    Wash the plums, halve them and remove pits. Arrange the plums tightly in a baking dish.

    Grind the flour, butter, vanilla sugar, sugar and a pinch of salt between your fingers to make crumbs. Mix in the almonds and layer over the plums.
