Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli florets
  • Salt
  • 4 veal cutlets (optional with cleaned bones)
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Rinse the broccoli and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes until firm. Then shock in cold water and drain well.

    Rinse the cutlets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. In a hot grill pan with oil, sear both sides for 10-12 minutes while turning gently. During the last 2-3 minutes add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and grill together.
