Ingredients

  • 500 g lean veal meat
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 60 g pitted green olives
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp rum
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cut the meat into equal-sized, bite‑sized cubes, salt and pepper.

    Peel the pineapple, slice it, then cut into pieces.

    Alternate the meat cubes with pineapple and olives on four skewers.

    Brush the skewers with oil and grill for about 8 minutes, turning several times

    Warm the rum meanwhile.

    Place the finished skewers on a preheated plate, pour the rum over them and flambé.
