Various Salad Dressings

Ingredients
- 5 stalks dill
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 stalks thyme
- 4 stalks chives
- 6 tbsp herb oil
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tbsp lingonberries
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 coriander leaves
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Instructions

Wash, dry and shake dill; trim the stems. Blend with yogurt, crème fraîche and olive oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Wash and dry thyme and chives; cut chives into small rolls, tear thyme leaves. Mix olive oil, vinegar and herbs, season with salt and pepper.

Wash oregano, dry and shake, remove leaves. Wash lingonberries, drain and mash. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a hot pan with oil, sauté garlic 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add lingonberries, vinegar and vegetable broth; deglaze. Reduce to half, cool, season with salt and pepper.

Wash coriander, dry and shake, remove leaves. Warm vegetable broth in a pot, add vinegar and olive oil, remove from heat, let cool. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in coriander leaves.
