Various Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 75 g freshly grated white bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 40 g chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chives rings
  • 40 g chopped walnut kernels

Instructions

    Mix cream cheese with mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, then shape about 30 small balls by hand.

    Divide the mixture into four portions: roll one quarter in chopped pistachios, another quarter in chopped parsley and chives rings, and the remaining quarter in chopped walnuts.

    Arrange on paper napkins as desired and refrigerate until serving.
