Ingredients
- 250 g soft butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 Vanilla Beans
- 125 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 100 g powdered sugar (for dusting)
- baking paper (for the tray)

Beat the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Split the vanilla beans lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and stir into the mixture. Mix flour and cornstarch together. Quickly knead the butter mixture into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into 3 rolls (about 3 cm diameter) and chill for 30 minutes.

Line baking trays with baking paper. Cut each roll into 20 slices and shape them into balls. Place on the tray and press a pattern into each with a fork.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. Remove from the tray and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
