Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • Salt
  • 600 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • a handful dill sprigs (for garnish)
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

    Peel, halve, and remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Roughly grate them, mix with 1 tsp salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and drain well. Stir in the Greek yogurt and press in the peeled garlic cloves.

    Add vinegar and olive oil, season with salt, and allow to rest briefly. Serve the tzatziki garnished with dill sprigs and a sprinkle of paprika.
