  • 125 g carrots
  • 300 g pickled pork
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 sprigs of bean herb
  • fresh marjoram
  • parsley
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. 1.

Peel, wash and dice the turnips and potatoes into small cubes. Peel the carrots and slice them.

Add the turnips, potatoes, and carrots to a pot, pour in the broth, and add the marjoram. Place the whole bean herb on top. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then add the pickled pork and cook for another 5 minutes. Mix the flour with 1 tbsp butter into a paste and stir it into the stew. Bring back to a boil. Once slightly thickened, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with marjoram and parsley and serve immediately.
