Turnip Stew with Pickled Pork

Ingredients
- 300 g turnips
- 250 g Potatoes
- 125 g carrots
- 300 g pickled pork
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 sprigs of bean herb
- fresh marjoram
- parsley
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- ground pepper

Peel, wash and dice the turnips and potatoes into small cubes. Peel the carrots and slice them.

Cut the pork into about 1.5 cm cubes. Wash and dry the bean herb, marjoram, and parsley; set aside some for garnish and finely chop the rest.

Add the turnips, potatoes, and carrots to a pot, pour in the broth, and add the marjoram. Place the whole bean herb on top. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then add the pickled pork and cook for another 5 minutes. Mix the flour with 1 tbsp butter into a paste and stir it into the stew. Bring back to a boil. Once slightly thickened, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with marjoram and parsley and serve immediately.
