Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200 g beef
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 250 g White cabbage
  • 250 g beetroot
  • 1 small stalk leeks
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Cut the beef into small cubes. Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the cabbage into strips. Peel and grate the beetroot. Wash the leeks and finely chop the white and light green parts.

    Add onion, butter, meat, and broth to a bowl. Cover and steam at 850 watts for about 5 minutes. Then add the prepared vegetables with vinegar and salt. Cook at 850 watts for about 5 minutes, then at 450 watts for about 20 minutes.

    Stir in crème fraîche and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
