Turmeric Curry Bread with Black Sesame

A unique bread infused with warm spices. This loaf combines the earthy tones of turmeric and cumin with a subtle sweetness from cashews, finished with a crunchy black sesame topping for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 400 g wheat flour type 550
  • 10 g butter
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 g cumin
  • 1 g turmeric powder
  • 2 g curry powder
  • 1 tbsp black sesame

Instructions

    Finely chop the cashew nuts. Add the yeast, flour, butter, sugar, salt, cumin, turmeric, and curry powder to the bread pan of the Panasonic SD-ZP2000 bread maker.

    Add 280 ml water and bake in the Panasonic SD-ZP2000 bread maker (Program 3). One hour before the end of baking time, slice the loaf and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
