Ingredients
- 500 g Kadayif (shredded noodles)
- 200 g butter (melted)
- 400 g sugar
- 500 ml water
- 175 g acacia honey
- 100 g finely chopped pistachios
Instructions

Separate the noodles slightly and mix with melted butter. Place half of them about 1 cm high on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish, top with half the pistachios, then cover with the remaining noodles. Bake in an unheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes until golden yellow.

Meanwhile cook a syrup from sugar, honey and water.

Evenly pour hot syrup over still hot Kadayif, sprinkle with remaining pistachios and let rest for at least 1 hour.

Cut into pieces and serve.
