The Frozen Yogurt with chia seeds and goji berries is the perfect superfood ice cream for all Clean Eating fans.

Ingredients

  • 500 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 70 g acacia honey
  • 0.5 organic lemon (zest and juice)
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 45 g base muesli (3 tbsp)
  • 20 g goji berries (2 tbsp)
  • 12 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Whisk yogurt with 50 g honey, lemon zest, and juice. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the yogurt mixture.

    Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes until creamy, or place in a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes.

    Before serving, let the ice cream soften slightly. Pipe it with a large nozzle into six cups or glasses, drizzle with remaining honey, and sprinkle with muesli, goji berries, and chia seeds.
