Turkey with Cornflake Coating

Ingredients
- 50 g cornflakes
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 turkey cutlets (about 150 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Crush the cornflakes lightly and mix with the breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Sprinkle the flour on a plate.

Wash the turkey cutlets and pat dry with paper towels. If needed, flatten them slightly. Season with salt and pepper and coat in flour. Dip in eggs and then dredge in the cornflake mixture. Fry in a non-stick pan over hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and cut into strips before serving.
