Turkey Schnitzel with Vegetable Salad

- 500 g turkey schnitzel
- Salz
- Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
- 2 Möhren
- 400 g kohlrabi
- 0.5 Honigmelone
- 200 g Blattspinat
- 3 EL Rapsöl
- 0.5 TL Currypulver
- 200 ml Buttermilch
- 2 EL Weißweinessig
- 1 TL Zucker
- Cayennepfeffer

Cut the turkey meat into 12 thin slices and season with salt and pepper.

Grate carrots and kohlrabi on a mandoline to create long ribbons. Remove seeds and peel from the melon, then slice into thin strips. Wash, trim, and drain the spinach well.

Whisk buttermilk with vinegar, sugar, and 1 EL oil; season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Heat remaining oil in a large pan and fry each schnitzel side for about 1-2 minutes, seasoning with curry.
