Ingredients

  • 800 g ham roast (lightly cured)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ground pistachios
  • chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.

    Wash the ham, pat dry, brush with oil and season with pepper. Place on a rack in the oven (with a fat pan underneath) and cook for about 1 hour. Warm the honey, mix with pistachios and brush the roast during the last 15 minutes.

    Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
