Turkey Goulash with Cucumbers and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 2 EL clarified butter
  • 1 kg pickled cucumber
  • 1 TL flour
  • 0.25 TL curry
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 EL Capers
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 3 EL sour cream yogurt
  • 1 EL dill sprigs (chopped)

Instructions

    Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Brown the meat in hot clarified butter all around, add the diced onion and cook together.

    Peel the pickled cucumbers, halve them lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into pieces and add to the meat. Sprinkle with flour and curry, pour in the broth, bring to a quick boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Stir in the capers and season with salt and pepper, fold in the yogurt and do not cook further. Serve sprinkled with dill.
