Turkey Goulash with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 onions
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • Chives
  • 600 g turkey breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp hot paprika powder
  • 400 ml poultry stock
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean, wash, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions and slice them into rings.

    Wash the half lemon hot, dry it, squeeze out the juice and grate the zest. Wash the chives, shake off excess water and cut into small rounds.

    Rinse the turkey breast under cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into bite‑sized pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pan and brown the turkey pieces. Add the onions and bell pepper strips and sauté briefly. Sprinkle with flour, sweet and hot paprika, sauté again, then deglaze with stock and wine. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
