Turkey Chili Wraps

We love wraps with turkey chili! Try making the juicy wraps à la Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 4 tortilla sheets
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 red onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch cilantro leaves
- 250 g sour cream
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the turkey breast, then slice into strips.

Peel and dice the onion. Mix half with sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Wash, quarter, seed, and dice the tomatoes.

Coarsely chop the cilantro.

Sauté the turkey in hot oil. Stir in curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

Heat tortillas briefly as per package instructions. Spread sour cream on them and layer the turkey. Top with tomatoes, cilantro, and remaining onion. Fold together and serve.
