Turkey Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 285 g corn (drained weight, canned)
- 1 vegetable onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 chili peppers
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 300 ml meat broth
- 200 g passata tomatoes (jar or can)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 sprigs parsley
Instructions

Rinse the turkey meat under cold water if needed, pat dry and cut into about 2 cm cubes.

Drain the corn in a sieve. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Wash, trim, halve, deseed, remove white membranes from the bell pepper and chili peppers, and finely dice them.

Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat over medium heat. Stir in paprika powder, onions, chili and bell pepper cubes and cook briefly. Add broth and passata, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Fold in the corn and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Wash, dry shake and chop the parsley. Season the turkey chili con carne with salt, pepper and parsley.
