Ingredients
- 350 g ground turkey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., Lollo bionda)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- A handful of watercress
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tbsp chili sauce (sweet-spicy)
Instructions

Knead the ground turkey with the egg yolk and breadcrumbs into a well-formed mixture. Season with salt and pepper and shape into 4 patties.

Rinse the lettuce, pat dry. Wash the tomatoes, cut off stems, slice into rounds. Peel the onion, slice into rings. Rinse the watercress and let drain.

Brown the patties in hot oil in a skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Halve the buns horizontally (optionally toast the cut surfaces) and layer with lettuce and patties. Spread chili sauce, then arrange tomato slices and onion rings. Sprinkle with watercress, place bun tops, and serve turkey burgers.
