Tuna Sandwich

Sandwich with tuna from Spoonsparrow tastes great for dinner too!

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 6 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 slices light multigrain bread

Instructions

    Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork. Wash the lettuce, pat dry, and tear into bite‑size pieces.

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice finely. Wash the celery, trim, and finely dice; finely chop some of the celery leaves.

  3. 3.

    Whisk together the crème fraîche and lemon juice, peel and squeeze in the garlic. Mix in the tuna, tomatoes, celery cubes and greens, season with salt and pepper.
