Tuna Salad

Craving a crunchy lunch? Then the Tuna Salad from Spoonsparrow is just right for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 bunch Arugula (80 g)
  • 240 g chickpeas (canned; drained weight)
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
  • 260 g tuna in its own juice (drained weight)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 30 g sesame seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Clean, wash and quarter cucumber lengthwise, then slice into rounds. Peel onions, halve them and cut into thin slivers. Wash tomatoes and halve them. Clean bell peppers, wash, remove seeds if needed, and slice. Rinse arugula, wash and shake dry.

    Drain chickpeas. Rinse lemon under hot water, grate dry and cut into wedges. Wash dill, shake dry and trim tips. Drain tuna.
