Ingredients
- 500 g tuna fillet
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 150 ml olive oil
- Salt
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp mint
Instructions

Slice the tuna into thinner slices and place them in a shallow bowl.

Clean the lemongrass, remove outer leaves, and slice only the pale part crosswise into thin strips.

Peel and finely chop the shallot.

Whisk vinegar with oil and salt, pour over the fish, then sprinkle with lemongrass, shallot, and mint before serving.
