Ingredients

  • 750 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.125 l milk
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 300 g cucumber
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Whisk yogurt with milk, salt, pepper, lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil; refrigerate. Peel cucumbers, halve, deseed and finely dice. Peel garlic, finely chop and sauté in remaining olive oil.

    Add cucumber and garlic to the yogurt mixture, stir in walnuts (reserve some for garnish) and dill, plate on bowls, sprinkle with extra nuts, and serve.
