Ingredients
- 1 small papaya
- 4 kiwis
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped flesh)
- mineral water
Instructions

Peel and halve the papaya, remove seeds. Peel the kiwis. Puree the papaya and kiwis finely. Cut a thin spiral of orange zest. Juice the grapefruit and oranges. Mix juice with fruit puree.

Stir vanilla flesh with a little mineral water. Pour the tropical smoothie into two large glasses, add the vanilla mixture. Place orange zest around the rim and serve with straws.
