Ingredients
- 20 ml brown rum
- 20 ml cherry brandy
- 20 ml pineapple juice
- chilled champagne
- cocktail cherries
- pineapple pieces
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Add ice cubes and all ingredients except champagne to the shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass through a bar strainer.

Top the Pineapple-Cherry Cocktail with champagne. Skewer cocktail cherries and pineapple pieces onto a cocktail stick and place in the glass.
