Tomato Soup with River Crab

Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 0.5 chili pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 avocados
  • 100 g river crab (or surimi)
  • 1 EL mayonnaise
  • 1 Msp. chili paste
  • 1 EL oil
  • 1 sheet spring roll wrapper (frozen)
  • 2 basil

    Fill four shot glasses with the tomato broth and sprinkle basil on top. Place a piece of crispy wrapper on each glass and spread 1 EL of crab‑avocado tartare over it.
