- 500 g tomatoes
- 0.5 chili pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 avocados
- 100 g river crab (or surimi)
- 1 EL mayonnaise
- 1 Msp. chili paste
- 1 EL oil
- 1 sheet spring roll wrapper (frozen)
- 2 basil

Fill four shot glasses with the tomato broth and sprinkle basil on top. Place a piece of crispy wrapper on each glass and spread 1 EL of crab‑avocado tartare over it.
