Ingredients
- 200 g peas (frozen)
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- spritz of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 Sage leaves
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- sage flower for garnish
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté with ginger in hot butter.

Add peas and deglaze with broth.

Simmer about 8-10 minutes, add roughly chopped sage, then puree finely.

Stir in crème fraîche and season with salt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
