Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 2 onions
- Salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 600 g tomatoes
Instructions

Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.

Peel the onions, cut them lengthwise in half and then into strips.

Wash the tomatoes and slice or dice them without the stems. Mix parsley with onions and tomatoes. Whisk together salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and combine with the tomato salad. Arrange in bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
