Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • lemons
  • cumin (ground)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds and dice finely.

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, trim stems, and dice.

    Peel the garlic cloves and mince finely.

    Combine tomatoes, peppers, and garlic with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
