Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Remove stems from tomatoes and blanch briefly in boiling salted water, then peel, halve, seed, and dice the flesh.

Peel garlic and finely mince it. Wash the lemon, halve it, cut a sliver from one half for garnish, and squeeze out the remaining juice.
