Tomato-Pepper Cocktail

Rich in vitamin C and B6, this tomato-pepper cocktail lifts your mood and dispels fatigue.

Ingredients

  • 400 g red bell pepper
  • 320 g ripe tomatoes
  • 2 Organic Limes
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • Tabasco
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, and quarter them.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths.

  3. 3.

    Rinse the limes under hot water, dry with paper towels, and halve them. Cut one half into wedges or pieces to set aside; squeeze juice from the other halves.

    Wash the parsley and shake off excess moisture; pick a few leaves and roughly chop them.

    In a juicer, combine the remaining parsley with the pepper and tomato pieces. Pour the mixture into longdrink glasses with Tabasco and ice cubes. Garnish with chopped parsley and lime wedges.
