Ingredients

  • 2 balls mozzarella (125 g each)
  • 4 fully ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • a handful basil

Instructions

    Slice the mozzarella into about 0.5 mm thick slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems, and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, and balsamic.

    Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices fan‑shaped on four plates, drizzle with dressing, season with salt and pepper, then top with basil leaves that have been patted dry.
