Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 200 g whole cane sugar
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 2 tsp agar-agar

Instructions

    Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and peel off the skins. Then cut them into pieces.

    Rinse the lemon hot, dry it, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix the tomato pieces with lemon juice and zest, then add the whole cane sugar and put everything in a pot.
