- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 600 g minced meat
- 100 g glass noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 1 chili pepper
- light soy sauce
- light fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped Thai basil
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Wash the Chinese cabbage, remove the tough core and drain well.

Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, then drain, rinse with cold water, and let dry.

Brown the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the carrot and cook further.

Stir in the glass noodles and Thai basil, season with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper. Transfer to serving bowls and serve with Chinese cabbage leaves.
