Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • chili powder
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 Avocados

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and shallots. Dice the shallots finely. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Wash, dice the tomatoes, and mix with shallots, garlic, and parsley. Season with lemon juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust.

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash half of the avocado with a fork, dice the other half into small cubes, and combine all together. For serving, arrange the tomato avocado guacamole in avocado shells as desired.
