Tofu with Mushroom Filling

Ingredients
- 4 pieces tofu (about 5 cm side length, 3 cm height)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 50 g shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g king oyster mushrooms
- 50 g soybean sprouts
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 0.5 tsp soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- fish sauce
- sesame oil (for frying)
Instructions

Scoop out a small amount from each tofu piece with a sharp knife (use the filling elsewhere).

Drizzle the tofu cavities with soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.

Then fry the tofu in 2 tbsp sesame oil until golden all around, set aside and keep warm.

Clean the mushrooms and slice finely; sauté in 1 tbsp sesame oil for about 3 minutes while stirring. Add the sprouts at the end, cook briefly. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and fish sauce. Fill the hollowed tofu pieces with this mixture.
